The deepest swimming pool in the world has just opened in Poland. In these depths, no multicolored fish or coral reef ... But the new swimming pool in Mszczonow, in Poland , near Warsaw , is nonetheless an excellent training ground for divers .
45 meters deep and a few centimeters deep - a world record - the Mszczonow 'Deepspot' swimming pool near Warsaw opens its doors to divers. Equipped with caves and a boat wreck, the basin which contains 8,000 cubic meters of water heated to 32 degrees can accommodate novices as well as experienced divers looking for training.
The country's army and firefighters could also come and practice in this new basin.
The previous record in this area, recorded by the Guinness Book, or 42 meters of vertical drop from bottom to top, was held by the Montegrotto Terme swimming pool in Italy. The Polish water body should however be quickly relegated to second with the commissioning scheduled for next year in the United Kingdom of Blue Abyss and its 50 meters depth.
